Alison Bauer practice focuses on U.S. and transnational business reorganizations and financing, including Chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, out-of-court restructurings, secured financings and investments in troubled companies. Alison has represented debtors in Chapters 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases and foreign debtors in ancillary proceedings. Alison also advises traditional and non-traditional lenders—including debtor-in-possession lenders, asset-based lenders, other institutional lenders, and agents of lenders in Chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, out-of court restructurings and secured financings—and negotiates on behalf of purchasers in distressed mergers and acquisitions.
