Morales has been in aviation for over 25 years. Attaining the rank of Major in the US Marine Corps, he flew Cobra attack helicopters during the 1980s. When not in the air, he ran squadron maintenance organizations and learned the importance of having the right part at the right time. While serving in the Marine Reserves during the early 1990s, Morales learned the commercial aviation parts business and went on to found Tracer Corp. in
1993. He added Milwaukee Centerline and Miami Centerline, both FAA-certified wheel/brake repair stations in 1996 and 1998. Together, these three businesses have been recognized with the Milwaukee Future 50 Award. Morales founded TradeAir in 1999, a pioneering aviation e-Business recognized by Forbes as a Best of the Web for 2000.
