Brian Cooper - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cooper is responsible for all financial, corporate and administrative aspects of the Company including finance, business analysis, budgeting, human resources and business affairs issues. Additionally, Mr. Cooper oversees the Company's customer service operations. Mr. Cooper brings deep operations and financial experience in the media and Internet industries to Waterfront Media. He began his career in Ernst and Young's entrepreneurial services group where his clients were predominately venture-backed, high-growth businesses. He was vice president of finance for Interfilm, Inc., a publicly-held company that produced and distributed live action video games. Mr. Cooper helped strengthen the organization through its IPO, acquisitions, and then finally, the sale of Interfilm.
