Brian R. Gamache serves as our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gamache has served as our Chief Executive Officer since June 2001 and also served as our President from April 2000 until he became our Chairman in July 2008. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Gamache served in various executive capacities for our former hotel and resort subsidiaries, rising to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. At the time of WMS? 1997 spin-off of WHG Resorts and Casinos, Inc., Mr. Gamache left WMS to devote his full time to WHG Resorts and Casinos Inc. Upon the completion of the sale of WHG, Mr. Gamache served as President of the Luxury and Resort Division of Wyndham International from 1998 until April 2000. Mr. Gamache is a member of the Board of the American Gaming Association and serves as the Chair of its Finance Committee.-->
