Carlos P. Cotton, P.E., RPLS
Chief Operating Officer
Carlos has been with Jones & Carter, Inc., since 1976. As Chief Operating Officer he supervises the overall corporate operations of Jones & Carter, Inc., and Cotton Surveying Company and is actively engaged in general land surveying including boundary surveys, topographical surveys and construction layouts.
In addition to his daily operations duties, Carlos also serves as Managing Principal Engineer engaged in engineering consultation, general administration, subdivision platting, street design, and utility design for four municipal utility districts.
A 1972 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Carlos provides strategy, direction and daily leadership for all corporate functions.
