Cassie Scarano Co-Founder and Vice President As Commongood Careers’s Co-Founder and Vice President, Cassie Scarano is directly responsible for its service development and delivery. Cassie has ten years of experience in non-profit organizations and has served as the Dean of Admissions at The Steppingstone Foundation, Director of Operations at The New Teacher Project’s Massachusetts Institute for New Teachers (MINT), and Director of Summerbridge Cambridge, all non-profits dedicated to providing high quality educational opportunities to a diversity of students. Cassie holds a master’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, both from Boston University.
