Chuck Schillings Executive Vice President & CFO - Richard Nance Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Mike Kirkpatrick Vice President of Business Development - Allan Paterson Alan Strasbaugh, Chairman of the Board Alan Strasbaugh has served as our Board Chairman since May 2007 and as Board Chairman of our operating subsidiary, R. H. Strasbaugh since 1978. Mr. Strasbaugh started employment at Strasbaugh in 1961. For the first ten years he worked in most phases of manufacturing and engineering, followed by eight years of manufacturing management, then ten years as General Manager and Director of Operations.   He was CEO from 1990 to 1998, growing annual sales from $8 million to $80 million. Mr. Strasbaugh currently is employed at the company as an advisor. He has a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has been awarded eight U.S. patents related to semiconductor manufacturing. President Mr. Schillings is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to all aspects of our operations. Chuck has over 20 years of leadership and management experience, with strengths in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, business development, and finance. He has held international corporate marketing, sales, product development, and customer support management positions and has grown new semiconductor equipment markets from less than $1M to over $35M annually. His experience includes successful corporate startups, rapid growth companies, and turnarounds. Chuck is a not-for-profit corporation co-founder, former President, and Director.  He holds a Master of Science and Business Administration degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance with an Economics Minor from San Diego State University.
