Community Bankshares, Inc. is a bank holding company of Sumter National Bank, Florence National Bank, Ridgeway Bancshares Inc. and Orangeburg National Bank, (the Banks), as well as Community Resource Mortgage Inc., which provides a variety of residential mortgage products. The Banks offer deposit services that include business and personal checking accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, various term certificates of deposit (CDs), individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and other deposit services. The Banks offer secured and unsecured, short- to intermediate-term loans, with floating and fixed interest rates for commercial and consumer purposes. Other services offered by the Banks include safe deposit boxes, night depository service, VISA and MasterCard credit cards, tax deposits, sale of United States Treasury bonds, notes and bills and other government securities, 24- hour automated teller service and Internet banking services.
