| HealthCare Partners Medical Group continues to grow and evolve as new opportunities arise that meet our vision, values, and goals. HealthCare Partners Medical Group is the result of the mergers since 1992 of several innovative Southern California medical groups and the development of several independent physician associations (IPAs).
Supporting our medical group model is our HealthCare Partners Provider Network (HPPN) developed in additional areas of the San Gabriel Valley and central Los Angeles County to serve our patients. Our Alliance/Unified (IPA) model supports our regional patient populations in the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley, central Los Angeles and the South Bay.
The doctors who lead this business venture share the same vision and intimately understand the rapidly changing environment of health care. They identified and made use of each medical group's core competencies to emerge as leaders in the health care industry.
