Richard Polak founded Polak International Consultants after working over 26 years at a large human resources consulting firm. He recognized the changes occurring in the business world with the unprecedented developments in the international arena. Building on his vast experience in the international human resources field, he started Polak International Consultants to meet the demands of companies undergoing rapid global growth. Knowing that these companies would need a partner who could respond quickly, and who had the expertise to design the services needed to expand their global reach, Polak International Consultants was formed.
