| Managed Funds Association supports the operation of Managed Funds Association Political Action Committee (MFA-PAC) as authorized by, and in accordance with, federal law. Under applicable law, participation in the MFA-PAC is limited to only MFA members in good standing. MFA-PAC funds are used for political purposes to make contributions to candidates for federal office, including incumbent Members of Congress. Under applicable federal election law, the amounts that may be contributed to and by a PAC are limited and steps must be taken to ensure that member contributions to the PAC are strictly voluntary and without coercion. Personal contributions to MFA-PAC are not tax deductible |
