Connie Ziccarelli, COO/Managed Care Operations
Connie Ziccarelli has been the COO for Outpatient Private Practice Physical Therapy since 1995. Ms. Ziccarelli’s daily responsibilities for Rehab Management Solutions include leading all facets of the practice management operations, negotiating, and securing Managed Care contracts. She works with payers on a local, state and national level. She oversees the productivity of 70 non-clinical personnel.
Ms. Ziccarelli has been a non-clinician appointed to the APTA PPS Payer Relations committee. She is past-secretary to the PPS Administrators’ Task Force and a member of the PPS Administrator’s Council Leadership Team. She is the Councils’ liaison to the PPS Program Work Group Committee. She is a regular author and contributor to a variety of rehab publications including, PPS Impact and Briefings on Outpatient Rehab: Reimbursement & Regulations.
