Mr. Smith was elected Chairman of the Board in March 2007 and has served on the Board of Directors of the Company since July 1993. Mr. Smith became President of the Company in October 2000 and was also Chief Financial Officer from April 1992 to January 2002. Previously, Mr. Smith served as an Executive Vice President of the Company from April 1996 to October 2000 and as a Vice President of the Company from April 1992 to April 1996. He served the Company as a Regional Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager and Operations Manager from July 1987 to June 1993.
