Dave Serlo, President and CEO, arrived at PSCU Financial Services as its first full-time employee in 1983. In 1970, after receiving the first of his two master's degrees, Dave began a 13-year career with the NCUA. He started as an examiner and quickly moved up the ranks to an executive level before his departure in 1983. Dave continues to lead our company with more than 1,500 employees and over 600 member-owner credit unions by preserving the traditional credit, debit/ATM, prepaid, online bill payment, lending solutions and contact center offerings, while creating emerging services which have expanded PSCU Financial Services' product line and simultaneously enhanced credit union operating profitability and service measurements.
