Mr. Hoke has an extensive background in the fields
of education and broadcasting. He held a number of senior higher
education administration posts over a ten year period with Bellarmine
University and Odessa Junior College. Over a
fifteen year period, he served as CEO of three public broadcasting
television stations and of a national and international cable network
channel.
Mr. Hoke has served on numerous community and civic boards and professional
committees during his career, was nominated for a EMMY and was executive
producer of hundreds of hours of television programming in the area of
documentaries and public affairs. He has a B.A. from Urbana University and
an M.S. from the University of Louisville. He also completed the Executive
