Mark Fischer - President
Mark joined Nova in 2003 as Director of Advanced Programs and Strategic Planning, specifically responsible for strategic planning, project management, and customer value proposition development. In this role he is responsible for assessing the business environment, the market, and the competition to develop strategy, for developing the technology plan, including IRAD, B&P, and selling expense budgets. Other responsibilities include directing and managing the implementation of the Sales Planning Process, proposal execution, and the directing and mentoring the business area leads to ensure the sales plan is met or exceeded and risks are mitigated. Prior to that he was Chief Scientist, Director of Defense Electronics, reporting to the President, and Program Manager for Xetron Corporation.
