Don shepherded its growth from an early stage company to become listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 1994, and TSMC has since become the world's largest independent semiconductor foundry with a market capitalization of over US$15 billion. Don previously was President of Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation and Vice President of Texas Instruments.
