Edward Barshak is a past president of the Boston Bar Association and a longtime member of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners. Ed was also a member of the American Law Institute’s consultative committee for the recently published Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers. Partner Anthony Doniger is the current president-elect of the Boston Bar Association. Other members of the firm serve or have served on the BBA’s Council (its governing body), on its executive committee, as chair of its Litigation Section and its Professional Liability Committee, and on the Boston Bar Foundation, the Board of Bar Overseers and the Executive Committee of the Boston Inn of Court.
