Emerick Woods Chief Executive Officer Emerick is responsible for directing the company’s growth strategy and day-to-day operations. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Aligo, Inc. as well as president and CEO of Vicinity Corporation where he completed its initial public offering before the company was acquired by Microsoft. He has held a variety of executive and general management positions at Coherity, CastBridge, TuneUp.com, HP, Quarterdeck and Symantec as well as consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Emerick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc., Computer Science degree from Yale University.
