Farid Nemati, Founder
and CTO, is the primary inventor of
T-RAM Semiconductor's Thyristor-RAM memory.
He received his
B.S. in electrical engineering at Iran's
Sharif University of Technology and his M.S.and Ph.D. degrees
in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. While at Stanford University,
he invented the TCCT™ and Thyristor-RAM; a novel
semiconductor memory technology that breaks through the performance and density barriers of conventional memories.
Upon graduation, Farid co-founded T-RAM Semiconductor, Inc. to develop and commercialize the Thyristor-RAM
technology.
