Each attorney will be included in the San Diego edition of Southern California Super Lawyers, which features the top 5% of attorneys in San Diego County. Managing partner of the firm’s San Diego office, Ned Israelsen, focuses his practice primarily on advising startup companies and established businesses in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical areas, including worldwide patent protection strategies, avoidance of third party intellectual property, litigation partner at Knobbe Martens since 1998, focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including representing plaintiffs and defendants in patent, trademark, and trade secrets disputes in both federal and state courts.
