Mr. Muir, a Certified Public Accountant, was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors in July 2001, and has held the positions of Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Treasurer since September 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Muir served as the Company's Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since February 1992 and Controller since joining the Company in October 1988.
