After
founding and running MWD for 2 years, Ian worked in corporate finance at
UBS Investment Bank in San Francisco. While at UBS, Ian worked on a
variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions advisory
assignments and equity and convertible debt offerings raising over $1
billion. Ian is currently Director, Capital Markets, at
Premier Pacific Vineyards,
a private investment firm focused on vineyard and wine-related real
estate assets. He remains part of the MWD team as a consultant and close
friend. Ian graduated from Kenyon College, where he received a BA in
Economics with a Minor in Philosophy. Ian also attended Oxford
University (St. Catherine?s College).
