James Gillis President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Gillis had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Source Interlink since August 2000, having been named President of the Company in December 1998. He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors in March 2000. Prior to joining Source Interlink, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brand Manufacturing Corp., which Source acquired in January 1999 when the Company expanded its operations to include the manufacturing of retail front-end displays. Before joining Brand, he was managing partner of Aders, Wilcox, Gillis, an international consulting firm specializing in grocery industry relations.
