Janet Holland is a founding partner of Daoro Zydel & Holland LLP. She is responsible for the technical review of all financial statements, and also leads the DZH internal team for quality control of financial statements. Her client base consists primarily of clients requiring audited or reviewed financial statements. Janet's industry experience includes privately held companies and nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on residential real estate (including affordable housing projects), nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, and community service organizations. Janet is the author of HUD Audit Procedures, a reference guide for CPAs performing audits of HUD-assisted projects, published by Harcourt Brace Professional Publishing (now Aspen Publishing). She has also authored a publication entitled Eldercare Provider Services, in which she discusses the importance of partnering with a public accounting firm that truly understands your business.
