Jean Lombard is a founding member of Lapis and is the company president. He
holds a Masters degree in Computing Science from Imperial College, London. During his
career, he has held various technical as well as management positions, with emphasis on
information management and the wagering industry. Before starting Lapis, Jean was a
manager of Software Applications for a leading vendor of On-Line wagering systems.
Adam Shapiro is also a founding member of Lapis and has a Masters in Computer
Science. He has been active in the software development industry since 1983 and has had
technical as well as management positions. Adam has been a project leader on various
On-Line Lottery projects, before as well as after starting with Lapis.
