Joseph M. Dowling, CPAPresident
A graduate of Seton Hall University, Joe honed his tax and financial advisory skills at Arthur Young and Company before founding The Dowling Group in 1979. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He is also a Registered Investment Advisor and an international athlete. Joe competes in all distances of wheelchair, handcycle and triathlon races on the international stage.
