Keith D. Foust and Linda L. (Foust) Confer were hired as the Company continued to expand.
In August of 1981, the Company moved to its present location, just a few miles north of the original location. The newly renovated location featured space for offices, service facilities and warehousing.
In January 1984, Susquehanna Fire Equipment Company was incorporated. At that time ownership was transferred to Max L. Foust, II, Keith D. Foust and Linda L. Confer, children of the owner. Presently, Max L. Foust, II is serving as President and Keith D. Foust, is serving as Vice President. Linda L. Confer, Secretary/Treasurer, retired in 1998.
In 1995 the Company expanded into the Pittsburgh area. Within three years a showroom was opened to provide additional products and services to our customers in western Pennsylvania.
