Kimberlee DeBosier, PE — Kim is Bayside's President/CEO and an active leader in professional engineering and community organizations. A consulting engineer since 1977, she has earned numerous public service and peer recognition awards, including Florida Engineer of the Year in 2005. Kim is Chair of the Advisory Board of the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida, Chair of the Transportation Committee of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority, and past President of the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers. She received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from Louisiana State University. Kim is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Louisiana.
