Kirk Misaka

Kirk Misaka became Zhone's Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in July 2003, in addition to his responsibilities as Corporate Treasurer, held since November 2000. Prior to joining Zhone, Mr. Misaka was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP from 1980 to 2000, becoming a partner in 1989. Mr. Misaka earned a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an M.S. in Tax from Golden Gate University.
