Larry Dubois joined ATMI in 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for executing ATMI's current technology strategy and for developing its future technological direction.
Prior to ATMI, Dr. Dubois was Corporate Vice President and Head of the Physical Sciences Division at SRI International, Menlo Park, California, where he and his team focused on the development and commercialization of numerous technologies, including advanced materials and coatings, environmentally-benign processing, breakthrough energy sources, and micro- and nano-fabrication. Prior to joining SRI, Dr. Dubois worked at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in Arlington, Virginia, as Director of the Defense Sciences Office. Previously, he was a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff and Technical Manager at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
