Ms. Owen has achieved over 30 years experience and attained proven high level expertise in the fields of local and national security, surveillance and security technologies, investment banking, financial consulting, business development, project funding/management and corporate communications. At ICOP, Ms. Owen is responsible for guiding the strategic development of the Company, oversight of sales and marketing, corporation administration and shareholder relations. Her past experience includes being the first woman appointed Secretary of Commerce (KDOC) for the State of Kansas.
