Ms. Owen joined ADC in 1997 from Raytheon where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the $1.8 billion high tech Raytheon TI Systems business, which was acquired from Texas Instruments in 1997. Laura was with Texas Instruments in a variety of human resources positions in Texas and Colorado, serving the company for 17 years.Ms. Owen holds an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the North Dakota State University.
