Mark W. Blodgett
Chairman, President & CEO
Mark W. Blodgett has been a member of the Board of Directors and
an executive officer of the company since 1989 and maintains overall
responsibility for daily operations and strategic planning. Prior
to joining StockerYale, Mr. Blodgett was president of August Capital
Corporation a private merchant bank (1988-89), was corporate vice
president at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. in New York (1980-88)
and was an associate in the area of mergers and acquisitions for
the European American Bank from 1979 to 1980.
Mr. Blodgett is actively involved in the World President's Organization
(former New England Chapter Chairman) and serves on Board of Directors
of various not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Blodgett holds an
