MICHAEL A. ZOELLNER
Mike Zoellner is the President and Chief Executive Officer of RedPeak Properties. Prior to forming RedPeak, Mike was employed for 17 years at Legacy Partners Residential (formerly Lincoln Property Company) where he was responsible for apartment operations and development in Utah and Colorado and also served as an Operating Partner in various real estate partnerships. During his tenure at Legacy Partners, he oversaw the development, construction and management of over 30 apartment projects with 7,500 units in Colorado. In 1978, Mike graduated from Creighton University, Eppley School of Business with a BSBA in Finance, and in 1981, received his Juris Doctor from Creighton’s School of Law. In additi
