Mr. Stemm co-founded Odyssey Marine Exploration in 1994 with his business partner, John C. Morris, who has since retired. He previously served as Co-Chairman since February 2006 and as a Director and Executive Vice President since 1994, responsible for research and operations on all shipwreck projects.
