For over thirty years, Milton Washington has lead the planning, rehabilitation,
construction and management of dozens of successful, affordable communities. He
joined AHRCO in 1968 as the Administrative Vice President. In 1973, he was
promoted to President and one year later led an investor group in acquiring
AHRCO. In these roles, Mr. Washington has directed the administrative
operations; property management, acquisition and maintenance programs;
nonprofit sponsor development; FHA processing and legal procedures; and
