Patrick Donnelly has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SIRIUS since May 1998, managing all of the Company's legal and governmental affairs. From August 1999 to April 2001, Donnelly also served as the acting Chief Financial Officer at SIRIUS, a position in which he completed six financings for the company yielding $800 million in gross proceeds. Donnelly has broad experience in corporate finance activity and management, having worked for 10 years as an in-house counsel and as a practicing attorney. Prior to joining SIRIUS, Donnelly was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of ITT Corporation, the diversified hotel, gaming and entertainment company that was acquired by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Donnelly was instrumental in ITT's defense of Hilton Hotel's hostile takeover, including ITT's sale of Madison Square Garden and the company's ultimate sale to Starwood.
