President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. O'Connor has more than 30 years of corporate finance and management
experience, mostly within the semiconductor equipment industry. He is the
co-founder of Aviza and has been Aviza's executive vice president and CFO
and secretary since the Company's inception in September 2003. Mr. O'Connor
served as vice president and CFO of OnTrak Systems, Inc. at the time of its
IPO in July 1996. After OnTrak's merger with Lam Research Corp. in 1997, Mr.
O'Connor served as vice president of business process management until June
1998. Mr. O'Connor's consulting business, P.C. O'Connor Associates, was
formed during July 1991 to provide management support to small
entrepreneurial pre-public companies primarily in areas of manufacturing,
accounting and other administrative activity. Prior to establishing his
consulting business, Mr. O'Connor spent 12 years at Silicon Valley
