Before joining Pactolus as CEO, Paul was CEO of IP Highway, a software company in the Internet infrastructure market. Prior to IP Highway, Paul was President and CEO of Netect, a network security software company. Previously Paul served as Chairman of the Board of Open Development Corporation of Norwood, Massachusetts, a developer of enhanced services platforms. Beginning in March 1993, Paul was employed as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, of Cascade Communications Corp., a supplier of wide area data communications equipment, until Cascade was acquired by Ascend Communications in June 1997. Prior to joining Cascade, Paul served as Vice President and Controller of Proteon Inc., a provider of LAN and internetworking products. Paul is a graduate of Boston College and Babson College.
