Mr. Sarvadi, age 51, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the Company and its subsidiaries, is a Class II director and has been a director and Chairman of the Board since the Company?s inception in 1986. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1989. He also served as President of the Company from 1989 until August 21, 2003. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Company from its inception in 1986 until April 1987, and then as Vice President from April 1987 until 1989. He attended Rice University and the University of Houston prior to starting and operating several small companies. Mr. Sarvadi has served as President of NAPEO and was a member of its Board of Directors for five years.
