Peter D. Cleary President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cleary joined PDS Gaming Corporation 1995 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1996, he was elected to the board of directors and followed that in 1999, with a promotion to President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2002, he became President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cleary is a Certified Public Accountant and served in various positions with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP prior to joining PDS Gaming. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude.
