Phil Hagerman R.Ph., Jeff Rowe, R.Ph., and Steve Chaffee, R.Ph., and is now entering its 3rd decade of operation. Started in 1973, by Phil’s father, Dale Hagerman, it was founded on the tenet of “Take good care of the patients and the rest will fall into place.” Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy has evolved over the years from a traditional pharmacy to one recognized by the MPA , and others as a national innovator. Services such as compounding, cholesterol screening, one-on-one patient counseling and community-based wellness programs facilitated Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy to move to a new building in 1997 and which continues to evolve to meet the need of patients. The new building allowed Diplomat to expand it’s compounding services and to include a certified clean room and sterile and infusion products. The new location also included a separate area for specialty pharmaceuticals and medication management services. Starting with dialysis patients, Diplomat designed R.Ph.
