Rak Chugh Managing Director Mr. Chugh is the co founder and Managing Director of Trikona Capital, where he leads project structuring and funding. Under his leadership, Trikona Capital has invested over $450 million and manages over a $ 1 billion in real estate assets amounting to 100 million sq ft of real estate development. Trikona Capital is also the first international real estate investment manager to have divested its interests and realized gains of over 100%. Prior to founding Trikona, Mr. Chugh was head of a fixed-income at Lehman Brothers, New York, responsible for financing, structuring and securitization of real estate assets. Prior to Lehman, he was at Prudential Securities, New York, where he led the product development and analytics group responsible for primary-market, fixed-income needs with a focus on real estate capital markets.
