Randall Matamoros CEO Mr. Matamoros is the CEO of Bear River Associates. Since becoming CEO in 1996 he has led the company in its transition to mobile technology and supervised the creation of enterprise mobile solution products for specific vertical markets including Star Receiver and BearTracks. Mr. Matamoros's technical background includes extensive experience in analysis and design, including large-system architecture and object-oriented development. At various times, he has served in the capacity of programmer, consultant, instructor, tester, project manager, and technical writer, and has been active in the areas of development methodologies and technology transfer. Prior to joining Bear River Associates, Mr. Matamoros worked for TRW Financial Services developing high-volume, image-based processing systems for some of the world's leading banks and financial institutions. Mr. Matamoros received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley after studies at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of
