We are sourcing pharmacists for their centralized pharmacy team. This position offers both staff and clinical responsibilities in providing excellent patient care (i.e. chart, drug interaction and therapy review). Shift Schedule · Primarily day with some evenings · Every other weekend Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate. · Prior hospital experience preferred; new grads, retail, home infusion, long term care experience may be considered. · TX State License or eligible.
