Richard Cullen is Vice President of Field Operations. He completed a 4-year Carpenter Apprentice Program and has hands-on experience as a carpenter, carpenter foreman and project superintendent. Rich has mastered business courses at UW-Whitewater, and he holds a Supervisory Management associate degree from Blackhawk Technical College.
He directs the firm's AGC Supervisory Management Program and oversees its Apprentice Recruitment Program. Rich has led Cullen's involvement in Blackhawk Technical College, serving as vice president of its Foundation Board in 1991 and president from 1992 to the present. He also is a member of the Southern Wisconsin Mason and Carpenter Apprentice Committees.
