Mr. Rawson, age 60, President of the Company and its subsidiaries, is a Class III director and has been a director of the Company since 1989. He has been President since August 2003. Before being elected President, he served as Executive Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company from February 1997 until August 2003. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since 1989. Prior to joining the Company in 1989, Mr. Rawson served as a Senior Financial Officer and Controller for several companies in the manufacturing and seismic data processing industries. Mr. Rawson also serves on the University of Houston?s C.T. Bauer College of Business Dean?s Executive Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Houston.
