Ron Halpern is an accomplished senior executive of the data communications and telecommunications industries; with 20 years of experience spanning senior executive sales management, large volume strategic sales, marketing and operations of hardware, software, services and enterprise/core/access networks to major enterprises and service providers worldwide.

In his positions Halpern was instrumental to significant sales and profit growth and to exit strategy success. Halpern has managed and closed on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of new sales throughout his career in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Halpern has set in place sales and marketing strategies, built and managed teams from scratch in start-up environments and managed teams of up to two hundred strong in more mature environments.
Halpern currently holds an executive management role at Crescendo Networks, as Executive Vice President Global Sales. Previously, Halpern held executive management roles at Amdocs (Vice President, Client Business Executive and Division Vice President of Sales)and Genband (Executive Vice President, International Sales) and held various senior management roles throughout his career in established companies and start up environments alike (Vice President International Sales at Accelerated Networks, Vice President Sales at Orckit Communications, Director of Sales at the RAD Group and Co-Founder/Director of Sales & Marketing at JOLT Ltd). In addition, Halpern served as an advisor to two Venture Capital funds.

Halpern earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Electro Optical Engineering (Magna Cumme Laude).
