Scott Archibald - Vice President
Scott is a graduate of Oregon State
University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management.
Upon graduating in 1981, Scott worked for Piombo Corporation as a Project
Engineer on the Route 580 Reconstruction Project in Castro Valley. In
1984 he joined Oliver de Silva, Inc. as a Construction Engineer and
advanced to Area Superintendent in 1986, Area Manager in 1989 and Operations
Manager in 1990. Scott currently serves as Vice President of Construction
for DeSilva Gates Construction.
Mike Kloos - Vice President
Mike is a 1973 graduate of Stanford
University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
and a Masters of Science in Construction Management. After graduation,
Mike joined Morrison Knudsen where he worked for four years as an Offshore
Superintendent and Project Engineer on two large marine projects. In
